- Portal & NOC Activity: Support ticket histories, authenticated IP access logs, and timestamp telemetry.
- Recruitment Data: Resumes, employment history, and cover letters submitted through the Careers portal.
Storage & Cryptographic Security
All client records, communications, and database entries are encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. Access to production databases is strictly restricted through role-based access control (RBAC) and audited by cybersecurity personnel.
